What’s your delivery time?

Most orders arrive within 4-12 business days across Australia, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return your order if you’re not happy with it. Just reach out to us and we’ll walk you through the process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all processed securely at checkout.

Will the product match what’s shown in the photos?

Yes. We only list products we’d be happy to use on our own pets, and product photos reflect the actual item you’ll receive (colour/size selected at checkout).

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If it’s been longer than 12 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
